How much caffeine is in The Cascade?
One serving of The Cascade contains 25.8 mg (milligrams) of caffeine.
For reference, a cup of coffee and an energy drink contain between 80 and 100 mg, and 70 to 200+ mg respectively.
Is the Cascade safe for children to drink?
Since The Cascade contains 25 mg of caffeine, we do not recommend children drink The Cascade.
Do bags of The Cascade need refrigeration?
Since The Cascade is shelf-stable, it does not require refrigeration.
When does The Cascade expire?
We recommend no more than 12 months, stored in a cool place.
Is the Cascade artificially sweetened?
Nope! The Cascade is naturally sweetened with cane sugar, and contains no phenylalanine.
I don't like coffee, Is The Cascade for me?
The Cascade does not taste like roasted coffee. It's a blend of cascara, iced tea, and lemonade, and more. If you like cool, crisp drinks, you'll love The Cascade!
